'Bedroom Farce' by Alan Ayckbourn Directed by Ian Munro Opening 6th October
This delightful comedy features three bedrooms and four couples. Ernest and Delia, the older couple, are celebrating an anniversary; Malcolm and Kate are preparing a house-warming party; Nick is bed-ridden with a painful back, while Jan meets up again with old flame Trevor. Trevor and Susannah's marital disasters flow in and out of the lives of the other characters. Our last Ayckbourn play, Time of My Life in 2002, was very popular, and Bedroom Farce has the humour, warmth, and strong characterisation typical of this Venue: Cochran Hall Performances: Gala opening on thurs 6th October (7:30 for 8pm), Fri 7th and Sat 8th at 8pm, Sun 9th at 4pm, Thurs 13th - Sat 15th at 8pm.
